>Go to GTA 5 game folder.   
>copy "x64v.rpf" paste to folder "mods"   
>start openIV   
>klick "edit mode"   
>drag files you just download and drop to:   
 mods > x64v.rpf > models > cdimages > streamedpeds\_players.rpf > player\_one
