Before we do this sin, make sure you have a backup the original files.

Go to GTA 5 game folder.
copy "x64v.rpf" paste to folder "mods"
start openIV
klick "edit mode"
drag files you just download and drop to:
mods > x64v.rpf > models > cdimages > streamedpeds_players.rpf > player_one

enjoy..
