This Buddy unit is themed after the **Runner's Rush** drink from **Red Mile** in **Starfield**!  
  
He is a simple buddy who brews Runners Rush and nothing else.  
  
You can find him at the **Combat Zone**.  
You need to activate himto recruit him.  
  
You can kill him as well.  
  
You can use him as a settler, of course.  
  
Runner's Rush can still be subject to balancing tweaks.
