This Buddy unit is themed after the Runner's Rush drink from Red Mile in Starfield!

He is a simple buddy who brews Runners Rush and nothing else.

You can find him at the Combat Zone.
You need to activate himto recruit him.

You can kill him as well.

You can use him as a settler, of course.

Runner's Rush can still be subject to balancing tweaks.
