**A note about the Next Gen Update:** The Next Gen update broke material swaps for exterior references that are not part of precombines. For those that don't know, a material swap is a record that can be attached to an item placed in the world (a reference) that changes what textures it uses. I use material swaps a lot in my Rebuild mods and since none of the repairable or repaired references can be part of precombines, the material swaps are broken in a lot of places. I'm hoping there will be a fix for it from Bethesda because fixing it on my end would require a ton of work.  
  
**So, until further notice, all my Rebuild mods will be hidden** until a) I can fix them OR b) Beth fixes this bug.
