Possesses all Master Witcher Diagrams with the exception of the Master Steel Ursine Sword (wearing Full Master Wolf Set).  Offeri Enchanter and Master Armorers/Smiths unlocked.  Has finished "Collect Em' All!" quest and has all Gwent Cards except the Skellige deck found in Blood and Wine.  Romanced Yennefer, Baron is dead, Cerys rules Skellige,  Whoreson Junior is dead, Godling was allowed to stay in the house in Novigrad. Played on Death March! difficulty.  FOR ANYONE WHO NEEDS A SAVE WHO EXPERIENCED A GAME-BREAKING GLITCH. (Griffin Master Gear Quest is glitched out to where it won't leave my treasure hunt quest queue and this has happened to me on Xbox One as well HOWEVER I still have all the diagrams)

Since the main game is over, here is how my game has ended:    
  
1. Ciri is alive and will become empress of Nilfgard  
2. Nilfgard won the War  
3. Cerys rules over Skellige.  
4. Temeria is free  
5. Geralt settled down with Yennefer
