Ice Breath for PLM
So PLM can use different weather codes then vanilla and other weather/lighting mods. this edit teaches ice breath the codes that PLM uses so that it can function as intended while the user also uses PLM
See https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/1257 for the original base mod for non PLM users and thank you again CAPA14 for this amazing mod below is the description from CAPA14

What it does?**
Enables Ice Breath FX to Geralt, Roach and NPCs
How it works?
MENU > OPTIONS > MODS > ICE BREATH SETTINGS
Cold Places: Enables the effect to whatever weather when you are at:
AN_Skellige_ArdSkellig
AN_Island_of_Myst
AN_Prologue_Village_Winter
AN_Kaer_Morhen
(If you don't set anything to the menu or choose to not have it, "Cold Places" will be the default behaviour)
Cold Weather: Enables the effect based on the current Weather does not matter the Map you are. Affected weathers are:
PLM_Snowy
PLM_MidWT_Snow
PLM_Thor_s_Anvil
WT_Mid_Clouds_Fog
WT_Blizzard
PLM_Baldur_s_Ice
WT_Rain_Storm
PLM_Freya_s_Moon
Forced: It will enable the effect no matter what
Disabled: Will never enable the effect
The script checks the conditions of area, weather and settings from 5 to 5 seconds.(no hotkeys needed)
So when you choose something from the menu it will have effect after 5 seconds.
Examples:
- To Skellige always on, choose "Cold Places"
- Don't want Skellige to always have it enabled. Choose Cold Weather or Disabled
- Didn't like Kaer Morhen with Breath Fx? Choose Cold Weather or Disabled.
- Want to have have Ice Breath to Rain Weather in Velen? Choose Forced
Installation:
To have just the Ice Breath FX without changing the Weather, just drop modIceBreath to <The Witcher 3 Install folder>\mods
To have the menu, download the second file "Ice Breath Menu" and drop the
"bin" folder to <The Witcher 3 Install folder>.
It will ask you to merge the bin folders. CONFIRM!
Warning!
This mod uses playerWitcher.ws so most probably you will have to merge with other mods.
