**Usage:**  
 1) Equip any spell on either hand.  
 2) Use the "Underwater Cast" power while in water.  
 3) Player will fire the equipped spell.   
﻿(If spells on both hands, fire the left one)  
  
**Note:**  
* Dual casting isn't available.
* Twohand spell like master spell is also available.
* Flame magic is available only while having perk "Augumented Flames (2/2)"
* Requires same Magicka cost and casting time as on ground.

  
**How to get:**  
  Beside waterfall of White River nearby Whiterun.or use console player.additem XX 001000 1  
  
**Install:**  
  SKSE required

Add a lesser power that enable casting any spell in water.
