=TweaksFixes=New Items Marked with "\*", changes listed in some sort of an order, read carefully. Several of these tweaks I have single mods for, search For TWEAKOPEDIA to see if there is a stand alone mod if thats what you prefer.  
  
=NPC=  
-WEREWOLVES - In forested area you may now encounter feral WereWolves of various types, they are fast and dangerous, good luck!  
-Meeko and Vigilance are now Essential, can not be killed regardless.  
-Meeko, Vigilance, Stay Dog and Familiar(Conjure Familiar) now have no level cap and LightFoot perk so they dont set off trap buttons making them much more useful for the entire game.  
-Courier now has a torch, why would you run from town to town with packages and not at least have a torch.  
-Resurrection Ashes - No more ashes, they stand up when you cast any resurrection type spell and when it wears off they fall down, reuse as often as you like.  
-Spectral Assassin - no residue on death, Max level 250, will not activate pressure plates, wears DB Armor instead of robes, has better weapons (previously had a steel dagger), now Assassin Class instead of Warrior and can duel weild, will commit crimes of any sort other that to the Dark Brotherhood.  
-Frost Atronauch/Frost Thrall - size reduced by 30% allowing them to navigate halls, dungeons, ect.  
-Spriggans - SprigganSap is included loot.  
-Summon Arniel - 1 minute increased to 5 minutes.  
  
=Alchemy Ingredients=  
-Ingredients that normally created potions for smithing and enchanting lasted for 30 seconds now last 60 (So you have a moment to rename Enchantments) Affected Ingredients: GlowingMushrooms, HagRavenClaw, BlueButterflyWing, Blisterwort, SaberCatTooth, SnowBerries, SprigganSap.  
  
=Perks=  
-Extra Effect - When you master Enchanting and get the final perk you are now able to add up to3 enchantments per item instead of 2.  
-Split Souls - When you master Conjuration and get the final perk you are now able to summon up to 3 entities.  
  
=World Changes=  
-Dwarven Smelter - Functions as a smelter, add to Riverwood, Riften, Falkreath, Solitude.  
-Bridge Fix - College Of Winterhold Bridge repaired with railings and a small platform.  
-Change items in the Dark Brotherhood Dawnstar Sanctuary - Removed bugged gear from master bedroom and replaced with playable versions. Added Enchanting stand near Night Mother.  
  
=Miscellanenous Changes=  
-Stone Of Barenziah - Has distince sound to locate easier.  
-Legendary Skill Reset - When resetting skill now drops to 80 points instead of 15.  
-SoulGems - Stacking fixed, no more weird and disjointed piles of filled soul gems.  
-Arrow/Bolt Changes - Arrows/Bolts 3 per body incresed to 32, lasted 10 second per body, incresed to 60 seconds  
-Torch - Burns infinitely, 2.5 times brighter  
-Follower Hit Count - Follower are more tolerant, increased from 4 to 12 hits, does NOT prevent them from dying, just turning on you instantly.  
-Follower Distance Changes - #1 Changed from 192 to 128, Multiple followers will group closer. #2 Barbus, Cicero and Dark Brotherhood Initiates will now not push into you.  
-Runes - Can now place 3 runes increased from 1.  
-Keening - Fixed enchantment to now be infinite use as game origionally intended.  
-Atronauch Forge - Removed unplayable Daedric Boots and replace with playable version.  
-Random Encounters - Was 30% chance, now 60%, more frequent.  
-Kill Cam - Increased from 1% to 15%, more cinematic kills (not as often as you might think).  
-Crafted Potions and Poisons - Distinct new bottle forms, lowered weight to 0.1.  
-Philter of the Phantom - Lasts 5 minutes, also now found on ghosts.  
-AuraWhisper - Now instantly shows entities, no 2 second delay where you can not see properly.  
-Coin Purses - Increased 5 times, a little more gold, who keeps a bag with 3 gold in it?  
-Old Solitudes Crypt Key - had weight (0.15), now zero like all other keys.  
-Reload On Death - changed from 5 seconds to 10, to allow more enjoyment of bouncing down a mountain dead.  
-Ancient Nord Amulet - Now enchantable and weight adjust to 0.5 like other amulets.  
-Wedding Wreath - Now enchantable.  
-MISC Catagroy Items - Dinner Forks, Dinner Knives are now named and can be picked up, clean your home of those stray utensils. Dwemer Vase, Dwemer Urns named and can be picked up, sold, brought home to decorate ect. 1 Glazed Pot was unnamed, fixed. Very rare but Oars named and can be picked up.  
  
=New Items=  
\*-Dragon Marrow Soup - Refills HP MP SP, 50% faster shout cooldown for 60 seconds (Purchase and CookingPot recipe included).  
\*-Potion Of Fleetness - Move 100% faster for 60 seconds (Purchase and CookingPot recipes included).  
\*-Potion Of WaterWalking - Walk on water for 60 seconds (This is an alternate version of the now included potion).  
\*-Warhorn Of Talos - Apparel that grants 20% faster shout cooldown, no normal slot used.  
\*-Ring Of Fleetness - Move 10% faster, disenchantable for enchanting.  
\*-Trinket - Apparel that gives off light, no normal slot used (Purchase and CookingPot recipe included).  
\*-Ultimate Alchemists Guide - Note of every vanilla, DLC and free CreationClub content alchemy ingredients listed by effect.  
\*-Spell Tome Of Fleetness - Teaches spell, move 60% faster for 20 seconds.  
\*-Spell Tome Of Trasmute Ingot - Teaches spell, same as transmute ore (Iron->Silver, Silver->Gold) but works on ingots and not ore.  
\*-Spell Tome: Unsummon - Teaches spell, Dismiss all of your summonings.  
\*-Spell Tome: Waterwalking - Teaches spell, Walk on water for 60 seconds.  
\*-Spell Tome: Call Witchlight - Teaches spell, summon a Witchlight (Wisp) to follow and defend you for 3 minutes.
