.357 Revolver Increased Fire Rate (Gunfighter)

Previous mods seem broken, so I've made my own version.  
  
This mod includes changes to the .357 revolver including a slightly increased return rate, and a greatly increased fire rate.  
  
Comes in two versions:  
- Vanilla (for base game with no Gunfighter compatibility)  
- Gunfighter (makes the .357 compatible with the excellent [Gunfighter](https://www.nexusmods.com/readyornot/mods/3160) mod)

Greatly increases the refire rate of the in-game .357 magnum revolver.
