This mod is like [vStar925's](https://www.rdr2mods.com/profile/6958-vstar925/) No Weapon Wheel Slowdown 1.0.0 mod but it does not require Cheat Engine. The only difference between this mod and his, is that the background overlay shows up when the menus are open and that this mod affects 2 more menus. **Common Questions:**Q: Can you remove the fx effect from behind the weapon wheel?  
A: It is possible, but since I am new to C++, that is unlikely as it requires memory patching.  
  
Q: Can you add this to other menus?
