This mod addresses a small but noticeable issue in the *'Goodbye, Dear Friend'* mission, fixing the police uniform color in cutscenes. The **black** uniforms are replaced with accurate **blue** Saint Denis police attire. It also removes the artifacts and low quality hat textures.

Fixes an (albeit minor) inconsistency in the cutscene police uniform in the mission 'Goodbye, Dear Friend'.
