First of all: All credit goes to the mod author I was just messing around with tes4edit and fixed the vampires being too op in Unholy Darkness mod.

Installation: Just change your esp with mine in your Oblivion folder. You don't have to use Wyrebash or MO since the file has the same name.   
  
This mod also turn off all player vampire regen to zero since being a vampire doesn't mean you're the avatar of restoration spell and it's op so. Other regens still there.

This mod halves the HP boost vampires gets and removes the HP Regen from the mod Unholy Darkness.
