A throne in the highest peak of Jerall Mountains where you can have a great view of  Cyrodiil. There is a mapmarker which can help to find and travel fast to the location of the throne. When the player sits on the throne, the weather gradually clears to improve the view.  
For installation just drop the TamrielThrone.bsa and TamrielThrone.esp to Data folder and activate the mod from Data options in the game menu.
