Ok the problem is that the updated version of windows 10 will not support the installation packs security for Oblivion construction kit.

The install goes halfway and dies.

The solution!

I’ve a second computer running windows 10 that I don’t let update. So this zip file is the latest installed version of the construction
kit.

To install just unzip and copy to your Oblivion directory. Hint: TESConstruction.exe goes in the same folder as your Oblivion.exe

Examples:

                ProgramFiles (86)\Steam\steamapps\common\OblivionOr               

AnyDirectory You Installed To\Oblivion

The zip contains:

TESConstructionSet.exe
Ssce5432.dll
CSReadme.txt
Lex folder containing the spelling dictionary.

Tested and working with steam version and original retailversion. Have fun modding!
