It's gotten hard to find, but if you've managed to get your hands on Elsweyr: Deserts of Anequina and tried to play it with OCO on, you've probably noticed the freakish monstrosities that replace the Khajiit races. This fixes that.  
  
If you use the HGEC and Roberts body patch for Elsweyr: Deserts of Anequina, (or any mod that adds whiskers and/or eyelashes to the Elsweyr races), it's very important that you install this patch after you install the body patch as the body patch will undo my patch. Also, note that you will lose the eyelashes and whiskers added by the body patch. Sorry, it can't be helped, I don't have the knowledge or skill to make them compatible with OCO, so I had to overwrite them.  
  
The Ohmes races still have squished faces in the race menu, but that can be fixed in character creation, and the NPCs look fine.  
  
I'm not the most experienced, there may be unforeseen issues, but this is pluginless, so if something goes wrong it shouldn't ruin your saves or crash your game or anything.

Note: This patch seems to not work with some versions of Elsweyr Anequina and I haven't been able to figure out why. However, it does seem to be working with the current version on the Nexus labeled "march 2014": https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/25023
