INTRO  
  
This mod allows the player to have full ownership of Nerastarel's House in Skingrad, the house has been completely cleaned & was ideally designed to be compatible,  
with the 'Imperial funiture' mod, so the player can decide how it will look and can base it around there player, the undead in all rooms have also been disabled &   
i have not yet come across any known bugs.  
  
Start  
  
Once you leave the Imperial Prison sewer, on the wooden dock in front of you when you exit is a battered create or broken create, on top of it is a key and a note from Nerastarel, with a little bit of a back story  
to how the player comes to owning the house and along those lines.  
  
Install  
  
Extract the folder to the oblivion data folder and check it on the data file option of the oblivion launcher  
  
NOTES  
  
Too decorate the house you will definately need a furniture mod, i chose the Imperial Furniture one as it is one of the best mods i have seen so far
