This is just a bugfix for the infamous Land Fish Problem that's been corrupting Oblivion gameplay for 12 years now. :)  
Version 1.0 of [Alive Waters Updated](https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/44069) already contains this modders resource. However if you would like to use it in your own mod, feel free to do so.  
The WSawFishOnLand script requires [OBSE](http://obse.silverlock.org). There is a [video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GmIAG-kzcYI) on YouTube for the test version.
