    This mod adds spells depending on which faction you're a member of. With those spells you can assign faction ownership to beds or chairs. I made this for users who have companions who refuse to sleep in possibly mod-added beds which belong to the player him/herself only.

    New in 1.1:
    I've now added a spell which completely removes ownership from furniture.

    This mod supports the following vanilla factions:
    Blades
    Dark Brotherhood
    Fighters Guild
    Mages Guild
    Thieves Guild
    Player faction (I believe most CM based companions belong to this faction)

    I plan to expand this mod to support more factions, possibly mod-added ones. Feel free to come up with suggestions!
