you take 7 normal apples from your inventory also take out a golden apple and a totem of immortality now put the normal apples in a u shape on a crafting table and put the totem in the center of everything and the golden apple on top of the totem, that It will give you 2 enchanted apples, and now how do you duplicate them? Well, put an enchanted apple on the crafting table or in the inventory and put a gold ingot next to the enchanted apple and it will give you 2 enchanted apples.
