This is a re-Texture to look like Zoom from the CW tv series "The Flash"   
If their are any re-colours of mods that you would like let me know in the comments, This one was requested by "GAGER"   
   
Also i seem to have fixed the chin seprating from the body glitch, but if it continues let me know   
   
Installation   
Highly recommended to use with this Add-Ons.

Or Replace any Ped you want, just rename the files to whatever ped you want to replace "example: ig\_bankman"   
   
Their are two files in the folder, one with Blue highlights and Lightning and one thats full black with black lightning.   
   
If you do happen to just replace and inGame ped and still want to use the script, just enter the ini file and on the first line where it says "Model" just change that to the ped you are using "example:ig\_bankman"and save and exit.
