So I made a VolksWagen Golf Unmarked Greater Manchester Police I've gained from GTA Korn, this unit has a fully working ELS.   
   
Replaces Police4   
   
Install:   
Install the Police4 ytd's and yft's in : mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday11ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\   
Install the ELS Config files in the els folder with the other VCF's   
   
Credits:   
- Model : Model converted from GTA SA Mod by yellow1441   
- Texture's/Material's - yellow1441 and GTAKorn   
- Police Lights - World MC
