What the hell kind of name is Soap?   
   
Drop the update folder inside the mods folder   
- OR -   
Just import the files in the standalone folder to x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds\_players.rpf\player\_two if you prefer to keep your patchday5ng folder un-tampered.

-Mouth doesn't move   
-There's a tiny flipped normal speck below the lip (hardly noticeable).   
   
Thanks to spike10164 for assisting in installing and beta-testing this mod. Uraniom only works with the Steam version of GTA V, I happened to have the Social Club version.
