Thanks to everyone who helped with this, but mostly:   
artistraaw for many of the liveries on the car   
SpulX for helping me with some parts   
LossTunes for seats, steeringwheels and other various parts   
Mark-o/RTF Dori Style for various parts   
   
Bugs:   
no dials   
windows dont break (partly cause of window decals)   
no dirt map for 1 set of fenders   
some textures need changing   
some widebody fenders require VStancer cause of offset   
parts not named in tuning menu   
handling obviously, SultanRS is 4WD, and replacing handling.meta doesnt work for me so idk what to do with that   
   
Features:   
~200 parts from various games or modelled by me   
UV mapped all tuning parts   
24 4K liveries made by artistraaw and me   
steering, dirt, and all that usual stuff
