3rd: Open Dlclist and add this line dlcpacks:/HDX2021/   
   
   
ELS Installation Just Drag HDX2021.xml into your Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack\_default   
   
   
Enjoy this mod still needs minor improvements just enjoy what it is for now..
