This pack features sirens exclusively. It does not include any weapon sounds. If you desire weapon sounds, you'll have to add them on your own.   
   
Installation is easy: Just unzip the file and move the RESIDENT.rpf file to this folder: C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Grand Theft Auto V/x64/audio/sfx. Then, launch the game, and the sirens will be ready to use.   
   
If it doesn't work when you try installing it this way, you can search on YouTube to get the correct help you need.
