    1.First download the original: https://sl.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/highways-england-traffic-officer-vehicle-2018-landrover-discovery-5-els

    1. After you have the original, load OpenIV, when you upload it, you have to make a new folder (mods) in your gta 5 files, copy the file into it (update in x64)
      this will take a few minutes because they are large files.

    2. Then you go to OpenIV you go under - (mods-update-x64-dlcpacks-patchday21ng-dlc.rpf-x64-levels-gta 5-vehicles.rpf) and there you drag the original
      files and then you drag my file I inside.
