With this tool you can edit:   
weather timecycles/   
cloudkeyframes/   
lightnings/   
visual settings/   
directly in game   
   
(Note: in visual settings - there are a lot of unused params, or params that affect just on a very specific things, you should understand what you're doing)   
   
Currently supported version: 3179.0   
You can try using a different one, but I'm not sure if this will work there.   
   
Requirements:   
 [ScriptHookV](http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/)    
   
Installation:   
Drop asi file into the game folder   
   
Use "Insert" button to close/open the window (Can be changed in the config)   
   
After the first launch - 3 files will appear in the game folder:   
\_\_TcEditorConfig,   
\_\_TcEditorCategories,   
\_\_TcEditorNamesReplacement   
   
Everything is the same as with the timecycle file editor, except there are no tooltips anymore   
   
Note:   
if you want to edit timecycle\_mod files - use fivem editor
