HOW TO:   
1. Download, install and run OpenIV   
2. Navigate to the following:   
   
- update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf   
   
(backup included)   
There are 2 texture files, one high quality, one low.   
   
Edit Mode   
   
Double click: polmav+hi.ytd   
Navigate: polmav\_sign\_1   
Replace: with modded hi\_Q   
Close.   
Double click: polmav.ytd   
Navigate: polmav\_sign\_1   
Replace: with modded low\_Q   
Close.   
Close edit mode.   
Run game.

HINT\*sometimes its best to put \*full\* update\_file into mods folder, and mod/add from there!
