Hey first off I know the car doesn't have the right lightbar but it's pretty limited of Ford Fusions on LSPDFR.com. But I tried to make it close as possible to the real deal enjoy!   
   
Installation:   
   
(GTAV\update\x64\patchday11ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5). Lets say for example that you want to replace this with police. First search up police in top right corner. Now click police.ytd. Look for car\_sign\_1 and replace that. Now exit and save. The texture should now be in your game enjoy!
