For the single player installation:

This is a replacement skin for the Gta 5 base taxi.
Make backups of the files you replace.

To replace the taxi this is the original path of the game. That I don't recommend:

Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\

To replace the taxi this is the path that I recommend. MAKE THE MODS FOLDER on OpenIV:

Grand Theft Auto V\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\

For the Fivem version:
For the Fivem version you only need to add the vehicle in the folders of your modified cars. And start it from cfg.
