C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds\_mp.rpf\mp\_m\_freemode\_01\_p\_mp\_m\_lowrider\_01   
   
2. Drag the file into the folder   
   
3. ENJOY
