(https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/boeing-777-300er)   
   
Then use OpenIV to copy "777\_sign\_n.dds" into "773er.ytd" to replace another texture, don't forget to make a backup   
   
Run the game and spawn it, just have fun! ;)
