I haven't some across a mod to disable the idle cam (the one if you stand still for ~30 seconds, it looks around and zooms to certain activities). I was eventually going to make one but Wolfx101 asked if I could look into it.

So this is my first release of it. Didn't test too much so if I'm missing something (i.e. another cam type or not working 100%), please don't hesitate to let me know.
