I can now rig, which is great. Hope you enjoy this most recent update. I will update more regularly now until CJ is flawless.   
   
The most recent version of Carl is a ped (With the vest, of course) so what are you waiting for? Make him your bodyguard.   
   
Eventually CJ will include all voice lines and have no rigging issues.
