Here is a Halifax Bank Textures that i made for my server but now its been leaked, so I thought i would upload here so enjoy   
   
I am currently working on a texture for the other banks   
   
i will be uploading more uk textures etc in the future so keep an eye out   
   
How To Install: Drag And Drop The Files Into Any Stream Folder.   
   
so with banks its slightly different in every folder there contains files every files has a code name example:   
"v\_ser"   
"dt\_23"   
   
They all that start with the same code name go into there rpf folders   
   
e.g dt1\_23\_build2+hidr.ytd file would have to go into   
OpenIV:   
Grand Theft Auto V\x64i.rpf\levels\gta5\\_citye\downtown\_01\dt1\_23.rpf   
and same concept goes for all files that have   
code names like v\_10\_bckbnkdirt.ydr thats means this should go into   
OpenIV:   
Grand Theft Auto V\x64h.rpf\levels\gta5\interiors\v\_int\_10.rpf   
see that rpf folder starts with v\_int\_10 so all files starting with that phrase   
go into that folder and as shown with that example up top this is very simple   
   
You are not allowed to sell this modification for any monetary gain.
