- Open OpenIV in edit mode.   
- Go to: GTAV -> update -> x64 -> dlcpacks -> mpheist -> dlc.rpf -> x64 -> levels -> gta5 -> mphheistvehicles.rpf   
- Right click and replace Guardian.ytd with my moded one   
   
Handling:   
- Open OpenIV in edit mode.   
- Go to: GTAV -> update -> x64 -> dlcpacks -> mpheist -> dlc.rpf ->common -> data   
- Right click and replace handling.meta with my moded one
