I am just trying to recreate GTA Vice City in GTA V game using many mods. For that purpose I created this loading screen Mod.   
   
**About this Mod :**   
   
This mod will replace default Bikini girl to GTA Vice City Bikini girl.   
   
**Steps to Install :**   
   
           1. Extract the Downloaded file   
           2. Start OpenIV   
           3. Tools --> Package Installer   
           4. Select GTA Vice City Loading Girl.oiv   
           5. Install it in **"mods"** folder   
           6. That's it... You can enjoy your new loading screen
