STORY   
-I had finally got my new PC put together. This took some time...   
-THIS FILE is LOCKED. DON't OPEN it!!!   
-The handling of the car is not perfect. It flips over easily. If you find a better car that has original good handling for the car, comment. I may use your idea with credits.   
-Also, don't rate low because of in-legitimate reasons.   
-May be some inaccurate stuff. (To be partially fixed.   
-There may be incorrect rims. (To be fixed)   
-No pins on speedometer. (To be fixed... or not)   
-Not correct Wheels(To be fixed)

This version is suppose to be a RETIRED police cruiser.   
There are a CRAP load of bugs such as...   
-Unbreakable Windows   
-SOME, SOME missing textures   
-Hands not always on the wheels   
-That is it.   
-This car may not exist in REAL LIFE as a civilian model. IDFK. I can't find a single image online of the same car as a civi.
