So I didn't like the digital flora I made, something about it just doesn't look right. So I went on a Russian browser and found a very high quality texture of EMR (EMP) and made this.   
Added patches of Russian army and Russian land forces   
   
   
Includes camo for balaclava and boonie hat. Installation is in readme   
   
   
Big thanks to Rat for providing me important knowledges about Russian camouflages and uniform patches.
