I've always hated the dumb face all characters make when driving fast, so with some editing I changed it to a normal expression as seen in these screenshots.   
   
If anyone else didn't like this feature, this is the mod for you!   
   
INSTALLATION: Place the YCD files in "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday24ng/dlc.rpf/x64/anim/ingame/clip\_facials@.rpf"   
   
After that, just simply load in and start driving fast in any vehicle, if the character doesn't make a angry expression, you installed it correctly, enjoy!
