I present you my graphics mod.   
I have been working on this mod since 4 days, In quarantine i didnt know what to do but i created this beauty.   
   
What i am trying to achieve is "Nights should look like Batman Arkham KNights "RAINYYYY" (Dont worry it wont rain 24/7, rain timing is default).   
I was a big fan of GTA 4's Cry ENB v1 - v3 which was originally created By **Fabriciuz**, it was a great mod for that time.

**NOTE FOR LSPDFR USERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!**   
This mod will CRASH the game if you are using LSPDFR, Try doing this.   
1. Launch the game with Steam (Do not launch with rage plugin)   
2. Make sure your game is fully loaded, and you see character standing.   
3. Press Alt+Tab and then launch RAGEPluginHook.exe get back to the game, let the plugin do its thing.
