To be used with PieRGud's Computer+ Mod.

INSTALLATION:   
The file should be .jpg and named "lspd"   
Go to Grand Theft Auto V > Plugins > LSPDFR > ComputerPlus > backgrounds   
Then just drag and drop, it should prompt you to replace/skip hit replace and you're done :D   
   
(Hold E when in a police car to activate Computer+)
