Carson City, a newer version of Fort Carson from GTA:SA, can now be found in Sandy Shores. The only road that leads to the town is via the Sandy Shores Beach Front Recreation Area near Trevor's house. This is not the final version of the map, there are many things that are still to be added.   
   
I tried to adapt the town to GTA 5 using HD textures from the game and from the RoSA Project Evolved, a mod that turns every low poly texture from GTA:SA into HD textures ( the mod can be found here: https://www.mixmods.com.br/2022/03/rosa-project-evolved-remaster-texturas-hd/ )   
   
Considering the map it's not in it's final stage expect to see a few bugs. Also there's a problem with the custom dlc pack which I'm working on, that's the reason why I'm using the AddonProps DLC made by Meth0d & Quechus13 for the addon props and the Map Editor & Menyoo to YMap Converter DLC made by sollaholla for the ymaps.

Requirements:

Installation (read the "readme"):   
Drag the "addonprops" and "custom\_maps" folders to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks   
Then go to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data and add the following lines to dlclist.xml:   
 dlcpacks:\addonprops\   
 dlcpacks:\custom\_maps\   
   
( Do not forget to make a backup before this step ) After that drag the ymaps from the "fixed props" folder to x64t.rpf/levels/gta5/\_hills/country\_04/country\_04\_metadata.rpf
