To use this ped, you need to install Mai Shiranui Custom:

If you want to add this ped, you can name it as you want replacing the original .ytd file with the one in this mod. In my case to add peds, I use Albo1125's Modding DLC Pack.

But you can also replace, all you need to do is written in the Readme.
