For entering fort zancudo :   
1- you need MENYOO   
2-in MENYOO go to MISC.settings and turn on "RESTRICTED AREA ACCESS".   
3-Turn on never wanted off necessary.   
Now for installing map mod :-   
1-Open map editor.   
2- open load map.   
3-choose ur file.   
4-let it load.
