As always instructions are in the zip file, but if you can't be arsed to read that then do the following:

1. Open OpenIV and enable edit mode
2. Go to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one
3. Extract files from this zip to a folder
4. Replace the ytd files with the ones from this mod
5. Always make backups before replacing but please don't blame me if you forget and then screw up your game ;)

Do not share or upload these anywhere else - I mean why would you anyways cause it's pretty crap really ;)
