    Acceleration and Handling fix for 2015 Camaro Z/28 by hndsyrn.

    100% working and will do some minor tweaks if there's a problem with the handling so just comment if there's a problem with it and I will fix this issue.

    Use OpenIV and extract
    :\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\camaroz28\dlc.rpf/common/data//handling.meta and replace it.
