- Room for growing food (no crop planted)  
\* Ready for Sim Settlements 2 plots (if you decide to replace vanilla vendor counters, beds or the planters)

The blueprint uses slot number 8, feel free to change it.  
  
Note: I saw the magazine shelf arrangement somewhere, I don't remember where... it's not exactly my idea.
