* This F4SE plugin will make all item and/or NPC leveled lists have level requirements of 1. This will result in level-gated items and NPCs appearing from level 1 because that's the way it should be. There's no reason why the game should cater to the player and intentionally make NPCs weaker just so that you don't get 1-tapped with a fully kitted sniper by some raider at level 1. Grow a pair and shoot first
* [Unleveled World](https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/21823) is great, but the amount of manual edits it makes often results in patches being required for it to function properly. This F4SE plugin does the same thing, but it doesn't make any manual edits and will never require patches, while also unleveling scripted injections
* The **GLXRM\_UnleveledWorld.ini** file can be used to configure whether you want to unlevel item and/or character lists.
* Due to some engine funk, this plugin **CANNOT** unlevel existing injections just yet. Once I can find a CTD-free way to do so it will be updated. It does, however, unlevel any new injections if **UnlevelItems** is set to **true**.
  
  
**Configuration**

* This plugin has an .ini file that has a few settings to allow you to configure how the plugin works and what it changes.
* While this will not negatively impact your game, it's still advised to tweak it before you start/load a save. None of the changes are permanent and they're only active for as long as the plugin is enabled with the options set to **true**

  
**List Types:**  
* NPC and item lists are separate and you have options in the .ini file to set which ones are being unleveled. For example, you can set **UnlevelItems** to **false** and **UnlevelCharacters** to **true** so that you now have all NPC variants spawning, but they will still have level-gated gear. Do note that some high level NPCs may be using leveled lists with level requirements above your player's level so you may have unexpected results.

  
**Encounter Zones:**  
* You can use this plugin to set the min and max levels of encounter zones to 1 or 127 respectively. **UnlevelZoneMinLevel** should be kept **false** to keep some areas at a higher level from the get-go, whereas **UnlevelZoneMaxLevel** can be kept as whatever.
* You are recommended to use [Encounter Zone Recalculation](https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/45674) for a better experience to make use of the increased max levels for Zones that otherwise had low values.
